Some time ago it was suggested that the WPK boys should really just DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO MONGOLIA for fun and adventure. So two glorious teams of three representing the Wimbledon Park entered the mongol rally.
WPK1 holds Klaus, SEAMON, and Snacky.
WPK2 holds Puns, Sean Bean and a cheeky wHestie.
The planning has started, the cars have been purchased and Bean is masticating with anticipation.

Well it looks like Mongolia may have defeated the wpk. The exhaust has now fallen off beyond repair after us stopping every mile to reattach it through many interesting means. The back suspension was so wore and brittle it actually broke off in our hands when inspected and the fuel line has just taken a serious rip and were leaking through the whole town. Oh and the handbrakes gone. Were eating and thinking now but it looks like this may be the end of the polos run. Its simple too expensive to fix. She did us all pride and made it though the most intense bit of mongolia. It was all just a little too much, and so close as too. We'll keep you informed. Love to all xx |
