Welcome to Robert and Henry's Mongol Rally team page.
We made it (and are now safely home too)!! Our fantastic little car is now hopefully making someone's life a little easier in Mongolia in our absence.
A huge thank you from both of us to all of our sponsors, especially People's Ford for our terrific little car and all of the work that they did to it.
We have been very lucky to have recieved such widespread support and I can honestly say that without it there is no way that 'Spirit of Scotland' would have made it.

Hello everybody, Against steep odds we made it to Ulaanbataar, and have subsequently made it home again too via the Trans-Siberian Express and Moscow! Over the next week or so, Henry and I hope to get all of our affairs in order and start coming to terms with life post-rally. Furthermore, we hope to be along to personally extend our thanks to all of our fantastic sponsors. We will be in touch with you shortly to arrange a visit - we will come armed with photographs and stories, so be preparded. In the meantime, we will try to upload a few photoraphs of our trip to the website. Seeing as we have over 3000 photographs between us and the other two cars we convoyed with, it may take sometime before we have shortlisted the best ones, so please do keep checking back...it may be a long process.
