I know its a bit late for the first blog but 'Hello',

We've been scouring ebay for a while now we finally found a car, a 'G' reg VW polo. With Matt at Uni the decision was left to me to see if she was fit for the mother of all adventures. Now not knowing bugger all about cars I bought an expert along with me. After a quick pilot by myself we were pretty happy with her, the money was dealt and we went on our way.

Five miles gone and the polo shudered to a hault, with a quick inspection she was soon back up and running. A quick blast down the motorway and we were soon home with no more problems, except we cant figure out how to turn off the park light!!!

Anyway we've got a few plans for her transformation. First thing is to strip and slag her out. We'll keep you updated on things and hopefully get some photos up asap. Cant wait to see her stickered up at the start at Hyde Park, lets just hope she makes it past europe!!
