	Tsetserleg - Mongolia at 07:14 on Team Boar said ryan from stretching cred drove the car today and under instructions from james got the car stuck in the mud twice and had to be pulled out by trucks clutch smells car covered in mud

	Ulaanbaatar - Mongolia at 07:21 on Team Boar said let ryan drive yesterday got stuck twice had to be towed out of bog. Car muddy!

	at 11:22 on Team Boar said miles east of ug. Carboretta probs making car stall at idle and now have to run her on 80 ron fuel which isnt great. Chugging on tho! J.

	Ulaamgom - Mongolia at 05:55 on Team Boar said we're in mongolia! Arrived 2 days ago, got invited to stay in a house and eat cow horn and drink very milky tea! Camped by nice lake last night, had a swim and a cow pat fire! Tarmac is non existant in mongolia and only seem 1 road sign. Locals very friendly. No major wrong turns yet. J.

	at 03:50 on Team Boar said flying through russia on way to mongolian border about 100 miles away! Camped in field of cows last night got awakened by mooing and rain!

	Rubtsovsk - Russia at 14:23 on Team Boar said just crossed into russia! Sam is squeaking alot, might be the suspension and the doors may fall off soon. Stretching cred got new shocker in semey today after the bent one finally collapsed yesterday.Had to bribe police $50 for not having our lights on during the day, not caught speeding tho.j

	Almaty - Kazakhstan at 15:44 on Team Boar said trying to get out of almaty, just drove for 2 hours and found ourselves back where we started!

	Osh - Kyrgyzstan at 09:00 on Team Boar said waited in sary tash for a day whilst stretching cred fought their way out of taj with expired visas. Then our car wouldnt start. After 2 hours of tinkering with sparks, leads, filter and carbouretta we realised that we had actually run out of petrol! Wooops! Leaving osh later, best showers since istanbul! Car rather dirty but otherwise running well. Hope to get to mongolia eventually! J.

	Osh - Kyrgyzstan at 15:07 on Team Boar said Just over the Kyrg border in Sary Tash, waiting for stretching credibility who got turned back to renew their visas. Car died half way across border into no mans land as it was too cold, got it started with the help of Taj army

	Khorog - Tajikistan at 16:13 on Team Boar said just passed korog taking gentle ascent into mountains. Had plov for lunch in the bazaar. Micra rear suspension bit buggered tried to straighten it by strapping it to our car and driving away! Zip broken on back door otherwise our car is fine. 3 other teams nearby. J. @

	Dushanbe - Tajikistan at 14:12 on Team Boar said finally got on the road, got given traditional tajik headdress and fly swats by sworde teppa! Sad to leave, spent the morning chatting to some of the students and clearing up from last nights leaving party! Just realised we've been driving the wrong way for 2 hours, woops! J. @

	Dushanbe - Tajikistan at 17:00 on Team Boar said epic journey into tajik- crossed mountains in the north through stupidly long tunnel filled with water after waiting 8 hours for bridge to open. Had to tow gengis cans micra out! Arrived at sworde teppa yesterday and spent today having a picnic with the staff and tested the raft in the local lake. River police gave us fish! 	Bukhara - Uzbekistan at 08:59 on Team Boar said met up with about 8 teams in the same hotel and took a rest day yesterday. Saw lots of ancient cultural stuff in bukhara, which was great.

	Turkmenabat - Turkmenistan at 07:49 on Team Boar said just leaving turkmen. V hot sandy desert. Stayed in soviet style apartment last nite. Some other teams nearby, hope to meet up soon. J.

	Ashgabad - Turkmenistan at 14:52 on Team Boar said took about 5 hours and lots of stamps to cross border. Heading for mary, roads good, rather warm tho. Met irish team at bdr,they gave us cake. J.

	Mashhad - Iran at 20:22 on Team Boar said lovely people, awesome scenery, crazy drivers! Everyone waves and beeps at us as foreign cars are so rare, its like being a celebrity! 1 puncture. J.

	Tabriz - Iran at 06:48 on Team Boar said passed tabriz last night and camped 50km towards the caspian. Car is doing ok making good time. Everyone really friendly, waving and beeping. J.

	Istanbul - Turkey at 17:24 on Team Boar said just left istanbul, arrived last night met south route teams at the ibis then headed to taksim sq. Today got extra rear suspension leaves fitted-now much more solid and stretching cred found a rad hose for their micra in the suzuki garage! 1100 miles to iran, better get a move on!

	Belgrade - Serbia at 00:12 on Team Boar said spent the evening in belgrade with stretching cred, had Posh meal out. 130 euros insurance to drive in serbia! Had first shower of the rally, very refreshing! J
