Construction  Disruption Construction disruption came about after an Electrician and a Builder got the crazy idea of trying something different, out of the norm, and in doing so we can raise money for some Awesome charities.
Our Van, a Crappy 1.0L Dihatsu Hijet. We will try and drive it from LLandysul, Wales to London and then if all's well carry on to Mongolia a short distance of about 9,000 miles

So have a heart and sponsor us!

Even if this only gives you a laugh, any and all money raised will be much appreciated by some very needy charities

Mercy Corps alleviates suffering, poverty and oppression by helping people build secure, productive and just communities.

Hope and Homes for Children works in conjunction with overseas partners in Eastern Europe and Africa to provide a family and a future for orphaned or abandoned children.

Hi every one

WE are back in Wales trying to recover from JetLag, Russia was a very large and wonderfull place the poeple all had stern faces and it took Me and Andy some time to warm to there strange manners but in the end just smiling at them broke all barriers and they went out of there way to help us solve our problems.

 Our trusty Van had a set of Lader spring cut down and welded on, the Van started to fly again we made up all the time we lost and hit the Mongol boarder with 2 day before the first welcome party.

As we pased through the Russian side of the boarder My heart sank all i could see was a sea of Mongol rally cars all parked up.  We were then meet bya customs official that would not let our Van through till we paid the TAX about $2000 Andy thought it was quite funny after getting all this way it was the Mongol customs and boarder that were the ones to beet us. the Adventurist team in Mongolia were trying there best to help but with there Goverment in transition and having a few teathing problems we were told that it could be from 24 hours to 4 weeks before we would be able to get our van across the boarder.

The Adventurist team said that we could leave our keys and document with them and they would treat it as a vehicle finish point we were 4 hour away from the capital city of ulaan bataar.
