Wear to start, 

Let me set the scene, it was early morning around 4am, when I got a phone call from a young lady, I’ll save her the embarrassment by not naming her. She asked if we could go for a drive, what for? Well, I’ll leave that up to your imagination! We were driving down Blackpool’s promenade when she said turn right here, it was a slip way down to the beach. We sat and talked for a while, and then I decided to drive down the slip round onto the sand. As soon as we got onto the sand the front end sank into the sand, I said, its cool, its 4x4! So I put it into 4x4 . . . nothing! The wheels spun causing the front end to sink deeper! I said oohh its ok, I’ll put it into 4x4 long! No change, the front end sank deeper and deeper into the sand. 

So I jumped out and attempted to dig the front wheels out with my hands, to put it politely, it was cold! I dug and dug however it was no good! So by this time it was around 5:30, I didn’t know what to do so I rang the other half of Team Intrepid `Andy´. Again, to put it politely, he wasn’t a happy chappy! He made it down in his van, the only thing he had with him were drum cable! So the first attempt failed miserably! The cable snapped!
